What is SHS funding (for DVRCV Advocate magazine subscriptions)

DVRCV Advocate is sent to all domestic violence & housing services funded under the Victorian Government’s Department of Health & Human Services SHS Program, free of charge. SHS (formerly SAAP) stands for Specialist Homelessness Services.
